I called them at 11:30 and asked to please pick up a king size mattress at 3:30 same day. No hesitation, they said they’d be here. Wonderful service. They came and took my junk from my garage. It was like the Maytag commercial; you Point and they removed it. It was definitely faster than if I was going to do it myself and they did all the heavy lifting. They packed everything tight so I get my money's worth. Very professional and kind. Since becoming a home owner, I have had very few companies that can be measure as good; however 5 Star Junk Removal can be rated as “Excellent”. When I asked for an estimate, Richard showed up on time and provided a fair quote. When it was time to remove the junk, he exhibited a great deal of professionalism by calling to say that he would be showing up a few minutes early (scheduled time was 7:30a.m.) and within less than an hour all of my old deck materials had been removed without any damage to property or issues.
